1. How to request a cancellation
Email info@linchhome.com as soon as possible with your order number and request. The sooner we receive the request, the better the chance we can assist before shipment.
2. Before shipment
Cancellations requested before shipment may be possible, but are not guaranteed and depend on the order’s processing status. If an order is already in a fulfillment stage, we may be unable to stop it from shipping.
3. After shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery and follow the return process.
4. Address or order changes
If you need to correct an address or change order details, contact us immediately. Changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
5. Refund timing for approved cancellations
If a cancellation is approved, any refund is processed within 10 business days after approval, to the original payment method when possible.
